So - these lovely snowflakes are part of a bigger pattern set called Caliente’. The pattern is in the October 2017 issue of Beadwork.. and it’s a really neat way to make medallions of any size to custom fit your own bracelet. The snowflakes are to be covered on Interweave’s website as additional patterns. Once the pattern is published, KITS will be available in 5 colorways to make these lovely little 2-holed medallions. The name Caliente’ doesn’t make much sense looking at snowflakes! But the original pattern (next photo) was worked in a luscious, south-of-the-border inspired color pallete of gold/green/red/orange with copper accents - mui caliente’!
